Anvir is a Counselling Intern completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University. As a second-generation South Asian woman raised in Canada, she brings a culturally responsive and inclusive approach to therapy, with an understanding of the challenges that can arise at the intersection of culture, family, identity, and personal growth.
Anvir supports individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, life transitions, and relationship concerns. She draws on training in Narrative Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1) and offers a warm, compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they create meaningful change.
